Can I shop without registering for an account?
You can shop here even if you haven't registered for an account. However, registering for an account expedites the checkout process for you. In addition, not registering for an account means that you will miss out on the benefits of registering for one – for example, you won't be able to keep track of your activity, and you may not receive early notification of our promotions and discount offers.
Is it safe to provide my payment details on your website?
We don't store any payment information, as the payment process is completely handled by reputable payment processors, namely Paypal and Stripe (which are the best and safest in the business).
What is your return/refund policy?
We aim to give you absolute satisfaction with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days from the date you received it and get a full refund, no questions asked! Refer to our detailed Return/Refund Policy.
Do you offer discount coupons?
We offer discount coupons as a complementary service to enable our esteemed customers make purchases at cheaper rates than the regular price. Contact us to request a discount code, or Subscribe to receive updates on our promotions and discount offerings.
Do your discount coupons work?
All our discount codes work and are valid until their expiration dates as determined by us. Unless otherwise stated, NOTE that our discount coupons are only work for purchases made and completed on Sonazan.com. Our discount coupons may not work for featured products and purchases completed on partner websites.
Is shipping free?
We offer FREE standard shipping to most destinations. At checkout, you will know whether your destination is eligible for free shipping.
Do you deliver to my country?
Delivery is available to most countries. If there are any limitations, we will contact you directly.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 24 hours, and typically delivered to the customer within 10 business days. Please allow an extra week or two for late deliveries, as there are often very busy periods as well as postal service delivery delays that are beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. If for some reason you are unable to track your order using the information sent to you, please contact our Support Team by sending an email to email@example.com, and we will assist you promptly.
My order has not arrived.
In the order confirmation email that was sent to you, check for the order tracking details and follow the instructions provided to verify the status of your order. If you're unable to ascertain your order status, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
My order arrived damaged, exchanged, or incomplete.

I would like to return my order.
